"Before you start trading Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency, understand that the risk profile in this asset class may be significantly different than anything you have ever traded before."
.

Here are some of the questions we will be working on:

  • Can the settlement price be “gamed?”
  • How will Bitcoin futures trade in relationship to the underlying cash market?
  • What unexpected risks does the independent trader face?
  • Will there be spread opportunities between the futures and cash price?
  • What trading directional trading strategies will evolve as Bitcoin moves from the initial chaos to maturity?
  • Will option volatility spreading be an opportunity for the independent trader?
  • How much risk capital is required to trade futures and/or options?
  • How do you trade a market based only on belief?
  • How will the news impact direction and volatility?
